Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will be the primary voice for travelers who are often stressed about strict visa deadlines. This role requires high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate our data systems (HubSpot & Airtable) quickly while speaking to clients on the phone. We need someone who can turn a confused applicant into a reassured customer.
What you will actually do
- Manage Live Calls: Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding their application status. You must be able to calm anxious travelers and provide accurate, instant updates.
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Work directly in Airtable to track visa processing stages. You will be responsible for moving applications from "Pending Review" to "Ready for Submission" without errors.
- CRM Management: Ensure every interaction is logged in HubSpot CRM. You will update contact timelines, link tickets to deals, and ensure no client request falls through the cracks.
Technical Requirements
- CRM Proficiency: Practical experience with HubSpot is required. You must know how to navigate contact records and manage support tickets.
- Database Skills: Comfort working with Airtable (specifically filtering views and editing records) is essential.
- Voice Support: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. You must be comfortable de-escalating tense situations over the phone.
