Where permitted, we assist with electronic submission as part of the preparation process.
Government fees, when applicable, are separate from our service fee and are clearly displayed before payment.
Are you affiliated with any government or embassy?
+No. We are a private, independent service provider and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, immigration office, or government authority. Travelers may choose to apply directly through the relevant official government website if they prefer. Our service is optional and provides preparation and support assistance.
How much does the travel document assistance service cost?
+Our standard service fee for travel document assistance and preparation is USD $39 for the first traveler. If additional travelers are included in the same order, a flat additional service fee of USD $39 applies for up to five (5) additional travelers.
Government fees, where applicable, are separate from our service fee and are clearly shown before payment. When required, government fees are collected during checkout and remitted to the relevant authority as part of the application process. Government fees are determined by the relevant authority and are generally non-refundable.
What happens after I complete my order?

For most applications, our review and preparation service is completed within a few hours and typically within 24 hours of receiving complete and accurate information.
Where electronic submission assistance is permitted, applications are prepared and submitted according to the applicable timeline. If submission timing depends on a future travel date, we follow the permitted submission window, which is often up to 72 hours before the scheduled travel date. You will be notified accordingly.
Final approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

What is included in your digital ID photo service?
+Our digital ID photo service includes formatting your uploaded photo to meet the official size, background, and positioning specifications required for your selected document. The service may include automated checks, cropping to required dimensions, background adjustment where necessary, and delivery of a downloadable digital file suitable for online submission.
Final acceptance of any photo is determined by the relevant reviewing authority.
Can I order a digital ID photo separately?
+Yes. You may order our standalone digital ID photo formatting service without purchasing travel document assistance. Simply upload a photo taken with a smartphone or camera, and we will format it according to the required specifications.

We recommend standing in front of a plain, well-lit background, maintaining a neutral facial expression, and ensuring your face is clearly visible. Detailed instructions are provided during the upload process to help you capture a suitable image.
How quickly will I receive my formatted photo?
+In most cases, formatted digital photos are delivered immediately after upload and processing. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on image quality or system verification checks.
