Where permitted, we assist with electronic submission as part of the preparation process.

Government fees, when applicable, are separate from our service fee and are clearly displayed before payment.

Our standard service fee for travel document assistance and preparation is USD $39 for the first traveler. If additional travelers are included in the same order, a flat additional service fee of USD $39 applies for up to five (5) additional travelers.

Government fees, where applicable, are separate from our service fee and are clearly shown before payment. When required, government fees are collected during checkout and remitted to the relevant authority as part of the application process. Government fees are determined by the relevant authority and are generally non-refundable.

What happens after I complete my order?

Once your order is submitted, we review your information for completeness and accuracy. If clarification is needed, we may contact you. For most applications, our review and preparation service is completed within a few hours and typically within 24 hours of receiving complete and accurate information.

Where electronic submission assistance is permitted, applications are prepared and submitted according to the applicable timeline. If submission timing depends on a future travel date, we follow the permitted submission window, which is often up to 72 hours before the scheduled travel date. You will be notified accordingly.

Final approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

Final acceptance of any photo is determined by the relevant reviewing authority.
