Refund Policy

1. Introduction
PH Global Industries LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides administrative assistance for travel-related applications. Because our services involve time-based preparation work that may begin after an order is placed, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the limitations that apply.

Refund requests must be submitted by the same person who placed the order.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund — 24-Hour Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that processing of your application has not yet been completed. After 24 hours, or once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
"Processing" is considered to have begun once substantive preparation work related to your request has started, including any of the following actions:
- We begin substantive review or preparation of the information you provided
- We begin preparing, editing, or assembling your application
- We process any documents you upload
- We create or prepare your application file
- We submit any part of your application to an issuing authority
If none of the actions above have occurred and your request is made within 24 hours of placing your order, your order is eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Partial Refund — Processing Started, Not Yet Submitted
If you request a cancellation after we have started reviewing and preparing your application, but before your application has been submitted to the relevant government authority, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your service fee.
A reasonable administrative fee will be deducted to cover the work already performed, including time spent reviewing your information, preparing documentation, and initiating your case.
Each request is reviewed in good faith based on the stage of processing at the time of your request.
Situations where a partial refund may apply include:
- You notice an error shortly after submitting your order
- You decide to cancel before submission to the government
- Your travel plans change before submission occurs
3.3 No Refund — After Submission or Service Completion
Refunds are not available once:
- Your application has been submitted to the government authority, or
- Your documents have been fully prepared and delivered to you for submission, or
- The service has been substantially completed
Refunds are also not available in situations including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
- Changes in government requirements
- Requests for additional documentation by government authorities
- Government delays, denials, or rejections
- Changes or cancellation of your travel plans after submission
At this stage, the service has been fully rendered and the service fee becomes non-refundable.
4. Government Fees Are Non-Refundable
Any government, consular, or official fees paid as part of your application are non-refundable, regardless of outcome. Only our service fee may be eligible for refund review.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
Because chargebacks create significant administrative burdens for small businesses, we kindly ask that you contact our support team first. We are often able to provide a faster resolution or refund than the bank dispute process.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
